Who are we?
Holy Spirit Catholic Church is a community of Christ-centered disciples, rooted in the unchanging, life-giving teachings of the Catholic faith. By God’s grace and filled with the Holy Spirit, we want to share this transformational Good News with the entire world, beginning right here in Christiansburg, VA
We seek to proclaim the Gospel by:
- Reverent celebration of the Mass
- Access to the Sacraments, especially Reconciliation / Confession
- Frequent opportunities for Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament
- Devotion to Our Lady and the Saints
- Active service to the poor and underprivileged
- Formation in the faith through regular teaching series, Bible studies, and sacramental prep
- Intentional evangelization missions into our local community
- Fellowship and friendship with one another and all who happen to visit our parish
- Appreciation of the cultures, languages and traditions of all members of our community
